Mostly Waltz Events in Toronto:

Friday Night Waltz Dance Party once a month! 7pm to 11:30pm. No prior experience is
needed, and there is no need to bring your own dance partners. Beginner
classes before the Dance. Do some of the best partner dances ever to
great music of the 21st, 20th and 19th centuries. The next waltz dance is Friday April 5, and the May Waltz Dance is Friday May 17. |

Learn traditional right turning Viennese Waltz, one of the best, most fun and most romantic partner dances ever! No prior experience is needed and there is no need to bring your own dance partners. Turning/revolving to the right (clockwise) as we travel around the room is the main basic in Viennese Waltz and the core of the dance. |

We will teach some of our favourite Cross-step Waltz moves/variations including some very fun pivot based moves in Cross-step Waltz!

Left Turning Viennese Waltz Beginner Workshop!
2pm to 5pm

Learn left turning traditional Viennese Waltz! The core of Viennese Waltz is turning either to the left (counter-clockwise) or to the right (clockwise) as you travel around the hall. Viennese Waltz is one of the best and most fun partner dances ever.

Cross-step Waltz is a new and increasingly popular waltz style. It is the favourite waltz style of many people, and is typically done to slower tempos than Viennese Waltz. No prior experience is needed and there is no need to bring your own dance partners |

We teach traditional Viennese
Waltz, Rotary Waltz, Cross-step Waltz, Charleston, Peabody, One Step,
Ragtime Era dancing, Polka, Blues
Dance,
Cakewalk, Schottische and other partner dances. We also give private lessons
for wedding dances, and do performances for special events.
For special events
we provide
dance performances and demos, dance classes and workshops,
dance animators and dance hosts. Let us help make your
charity ball or other special event extra special, especially if it has a
Waltz, Victorian Era, Ragtime Era, Roaring 20s, Swing Era, 1950s, Polka,
Polkamania, or Viennese theme. We are also happy to refer you to
excellent live bands suited for special events involving dance.
